campaign cupola with environmental friendly units. The specialty
of the cupola is also to produce high quality precise metal.
Micrometal Industries have achieved the production of few highly
critical components. It has been to able to do this with the
help of its associate units. We are supplying
our castings to various industrial sector such as automotive,
Pumps, Valves, Plunger Tips for pressure Die Casting Machine,
all type magnetos casting etc covering Pune, Bangalore, Surat ,
Mumbai, Faridabad, Aurangabad etc.

QUALITY REQUIREMENT AND INSPECTION :- |

We are having in
house hardness testing, crack detection facility as well as sand
testing facilities. We are getting the chemical analysis,
microstructure etc. done through our group associate laboratory M/s.
Metafore Synthesis. This quality control laboratory is monitored by
very highly experienced technocrats. All other general inspection
facilities are available inhouse . We certify our material & our
product is backed up by necessary test certificates as specified by
customers. |

Over said all items are mass production items
of which quantity varies from 500 nos. to 1,20,000 nos. per month. The
minimum / maximum weight we can produce is approximately few hundred
to @ 40 Kgs. per piece. |

production capacity is 100 Tons / months, but actually we are
producing |

casting 65- 70
Tons / month & still we have spare capacity of 25-30 Tons / month.
